Founded in Charlotte, NC in 2020. We work with companies that need skilled IT talent and professionals who want to grow their careers. No shortcuts, no empty promises.
Who We Are
Sprydo Systems started because the IT staffing and training space had a trust problem. Companies were getting flooded with unqualified candidates. Job seekers were paying thousands for training programs that never delivered on their promises. We saw both sides of that frustration and decided to build something different.
We operate two business lines from our Charlotte headquarters: IT staffing and consulting for enterprise clients, and hands-on technology training for professionals entering or growing in the IT field. Both run on the same principle we only put our name on something we can stand behind.
Over the past six years, we have placed IT professionals at over 100 companies across the United States, from Fortune 500 firms to government agencies. Our training graduates carry real skills, real certifications, and real job offers.
How We Work
These are the things we do differently and the things we refuse to do at all.
Our recruiters understand the technology, not just the job titles. Every job seeker is technically assessed before you see their name. You get 2 to 4 people who can genuinely do the job not a stack of resumes to wade through.
You deal with one person who knows your account, knows your team, and can answer a question without putting you on hold. No call centers, no handoffs halfway through a search.
If we cannot fill a role well, we tell you upfront rather than send you someone who will not work out. Honesty costs us a transaction sometimes. It also keeps clients coming back for the long term.
Our training programs are taught by working IT professionals, not generalist instructors. Students get access to cloud labs, 1-on-1 mentoring, and job placement support that continues after graduation.
We share placement rates, average salaries, and course completion numbers for our training programs. If the numbers are good, you should see them. If they are not where we want them, we say that too.
We do not spam inboxes or call employers repeatedly with the same candidates. When we reach out, it is because we have something relevant to say. We would rather earn your attention than demand it.

We share the good and the bad. If a search is taking longer than expected, we tell you why. If a training program has a waiting list, we say so. You make better decisions with accurate information.
We would rather lose a deal than send a job seeker who is not genuinely qualified. Volume metrics do not drive how we work. The quality of each placement does.
Job Seekers get timely updates. Clients get focused outreach, not spam. Students get structured programs that move at a pace they can actually learn from.
We are not optimizing for a single placement. We want to be the firm you call when you have a hard role to fill and keep calling for years because we consistently come through.
