Write high quality, maintainable, and robust code by building adequate test suites (Unit, Integration, Performance, Chaos testing etc.) and observability frameworks (Alerts, Metric Dashboards, Logging and reliability runbooks). Guide application and software development teams in the design and build of complex solutions, ensuring alignment with architecture blueprints, standards, target state architecture, and strategies. Participate in and mentor other engineers in software development technologies and processes by creating onboarding documents, Issue Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Key Learnings, demos and share-out sessions. Automate and simplify team development, test, and operations processes. Design and develop UI components using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Node JS. Work under supervision. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout the USA is required.
Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, Engineering (any) or closely related field with six (6) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant, Analyst, Programmer, Developer, or related field.

Validate instrument software functionality against product specifications and system requirements, ensuring all features work as intended across fluidics, imaging, motion, and embedded subsystems. Review, execute, and maintain JAMA test cases, ensuring full traceability between requirements, test steps, defects, and verification evidence. Perform manual and automated testing on Linux-based instrument systems using command-line tools. Analyze C# and Python code to interpret system logic, debug unexpected behaviors, and provide detailed feedback to developers. Verify APIs and instrument communication layers using Postman, Swagger, or custom scripts. Monitor CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity or similar tools. Perform root cause analysis by reviewing instrument logs, analyzing sensor data, and reproducing issues. Work under supervision. Design and implement complex ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter, handling large-scale data integration projects across multiple domains. Work with Informatica IDQ for profiling, cleansing, standardization, matching, and monitoring data quality. Implement Informatica MDM solutions for mastering customer, product, and provider data, ensuring a single source of truth. Tune mappings, sessions, and workflows to improve performance and reduce data processing time. Execute large-scale migrations across heterogeneous systems including Oracle, SQL Server, and Snowflake. Establish best practices for data governance, lineage, metadata management, and reusability. Automate ETL batch processes, file handling, and job scheduling using Unix shell scripting. Build reusable mappings, mapplets, and transformations to support diverse business rules and requirements. Work under supervision. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, Engineering (any) or closely related field plus 12 months of work experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant, Analyst, Programmer, Developer, Engineer, or related field.
Twelve (12) months of experience working with ETL and Informatica required. Travel and/or relocation required to unanticipated client sites within the USA. International travel is not required. Travel frequency could reach as high as 100% depending on client and project requirements.
