Validate instrument software functionality against product specifications and system requirements, ensuring all features work as intended across fluidics, imaging, motion, and embedded subsystems. Review, execute, and maintain JAMA test cases, ensuring full traceability between requirements, test steps, defects, and verification evidence. Perform manual and automated testing on Linux-based instrument systems, using command-line tools to execute workflows, gather logs, verify processes, and control SBC or control boards. Analyze and understand C# and Python code to interpret system logic, debug unexpected behaviors, and provide detailed feedback to developers during issue investigation. Verify APIs and instrument communication layers, using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or custom scripts to ensure correct responses, timing, and error handling between software modules. Monitor CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity or similar tools to validate build health, confirm successful deployment of firmware/software packages, and support automated test integration.
